Seamus the basics character's name: Seamus. age: Two years old. gender: Sire. pack: Anodyne Sea Pack. rank: Alpha. sexuality: He's gay. Very gay. Homosexual. the appearance Appearance: Ah, where to start? Seamus has an absolutely gorgeous derma. Seamus has a silver base color, with sepia and charcoal hues within his pelage. He appears as if he's dappled with sepia and charcoal patches everywhere, along with striped areas too. The diversely pigmented bachelor has piercing, drab chasms, as some may seem intimidating by the dark glint in his luminaries. Seamus's build is massive, standing at 4'5 high, and 5'5 in length. The max (on here, at least) a wolf could stand. Who know a brute could be so monstrous? The duke's mitts are large as well, with sharp, long claws that may dull over time from certain pavements. His physiognomy is the best of his silhouette, being a rather handsome gent. The tip of his empennage is a deep sepia, which stands out amongst his darker colors within his pigmented physique. the personality Personality: Seamus is a very generous and sweet hessian, always willing to help anyone out in pretty much any situation as long as it has importance and a true meaning. Seamus has a hard time saying no, in more simple words. He acts as if he came from Reservoir Mitigate Pack! Seamus is a family kind of sire, being one of the most supportive wolves around, supporting his family in basically whatever, as long as it's not disloyal to the pack. He is against anything that involves disloyalty. Lastly, he is a very compassionate and empathetic sire, to those in his pack. He shows sympathy towards everyone, even if it's an act, also, finding a way to attempt to understand those the best to his ability. He was and has always been emotionally and physically there for the pack, even if he was introverted and asocial as an apprentice. That changed over time. Seamus is more polite, using his manners to everyone, even omegas. He believes it's fair to treat everyone correctly and fairly. Seamus is polite to all below his position. Lastly, as alert as this rather young sire is, it's hard for him to miss something going on. The enormous canid is unfortunately, overly friendly, as he is often sympathetic towards wolves within different packs. He doesn't intend to be this friendly, it just comes natural. He is very insecure, having the fear of being judged, considering his abnormal size, sexuality, and whatnot. However, he'd never do anything disloyal. If oneself were to be honest, a packmate or someone that knows Seamus well, would call him posssessive and jealous. He does, very easily, get jealous, but only when someone is around or trying to harm the one he loves or attempting to injure or murder one of his family members. He also despises when another would try to take away his sister (who he is extremely close to), as he doesn't want to lose her. Seamus is more of a sire to make conversation before immediately attacking or murdering without reason. Seamus is quite indecisive, never able to make up his mind, considering he is always worrying about choosing the wrong decision. Though, this varies on the situation. He despises choosing wrongful decisions. Even if it does come to a time where he must murder or injure another pack wolf, he often regrets it, being rather regretful of the things he feels is wrong. Seamus is overly determined to keep the pack safe, protected, and happy at all times. He'd tend to avoid as much tension between the packs, unless it's necessary to let tension rise, as he's is anodyne...after all. In between? Seamus is devoted to the pack, as he would never do anything disloyal or distrusting to his pack. Seamus stands for the clan, and wouldn't dare make any forbidden plans or whatnot with an opposing clan. He is one to restrain himself, holding himself back from few things. Restrained of himself. Seamus often keeps himself from injuring others, as he must have a great reason to do kill or injure another. Seamus is one to be whimsical, often being jokester with his packmates, wanting to build bonds with everyone within the pack. Seamus likes to be playful/whimsical, especially in bad times, as he doesn't like seeing the pack in devastation. Again, lastly, the tri-colored lupe is stubborn. He stands his ground a bit too much, at times, depending on the situation. Okay, finally Seamus is quite calculating, not towards anyone in the pack, but towards outsiders when needed. He's one to be adroit/strategic and apathetic in battle, so it's hard to predict what he'll do next. the history/other Weapons: Must be bought in store! Link to purchase. The wolf who'd created Anodyne Sea Pack). overall history • Two Anodyne Etas, Coal and Olivia, had a litter of three pups a few years ago. They were named Seamus, Viper, and Ally. Seamus was the largest of the litter, a strong little adolescent, followed by Ally, an average sized bella. Ally was named for her sweet and clumsy personality. Viper, the runt, was named for his neon green lanterns. Seamus, however was not named such for any trait he possessed. It was the sea. Though, his name was pronounced shay-mus. The three were born in the season of Spring, on a chilly, but sunny morning. It seemed a blessing. Ally was reckless, charging around blindly, always wondering what was around the corner. Though Seamus was curious just as any young cat, he was more cautious than his rambunctious sister. He quickly learnt to be gentler, due to his overpowering size. When his sibling would attack at their full power, Seamus would not. He feared he might harm his sibling, after the many warnings his parents had given him. When they finally reached six weeks, it was Seamus who was most excited. This wasn’t to say that Seamus wasn’t ecstatic to be made an apprentice. It simply meant that he was able to hide it better than his sister, who quite nearly vibrated in place. Seamus was given Darleah as a mentor, a senior Eta of Anodyne Sea Pack. Some feared the aging she-wolf was too old to mentor another Psi, and though Seamus would be her last Psi, she proved to the pack that and old she-wolf can push through until the very end. Some young pups might have been jealous when their siblings received younger warriors as their mentor, but Seamus didn’t seem to mind at all. Darleah was a very patient she-wolf, who carefully explained each battle move, and each hunting technique to her Psi, who proved to be a very technical bachelorette. He had a tendency to ask a lot of questions, and preferred to know the whole process before trying it out himself. It meant that their training sessions tended to be longer than others, and he learnt slower than the others, but once the young tri-colored sire heard, he got it. Darleah was thrilled with the progress her Psi would make, even if his sibling had learnt what he did two days before. She was never discouraged, and in turn, he was never discouraged. When he was ten moons old, the Winter was particularly harsh. The Theta had begun to suspect there might be something wrong with Viper, as he would often have difficulty breathing after hard training sessions. It became blindingly clear when Viper fell extremely ill once the cold rolled in. He spent six days in the medicine cat den, and Seamus could only watch horrified as his little brother’s body would be raked by horrible coughs that sounded as though the black tom was choking. On the sixth night, Viper was hit by a particularly hard bought of coughing. Seamus watched as his brother’s green eyes widened suddenly. It took the sandy tom a moment to realize that he had stopped breathing. Viper thrashed wildly, his mouth agape, desperate for air, but none came to him. His lungs had filled with fluid, and the young tom passed away before he could be made a warrior. It was hard on the whole family, and though Viper's passing left a heavy feeling in Seamus's chest, he knew that his brother was with The Heavens Pack now, where he could live without the pains of his illness. Ally, however, did not take it so well. She began to grow more and more aggressive in her training, and Darleah and Seamus both could see that her recklessness had only grown. She seemed to disregard her life completely. This would be proven later on in her life. For two moons, it was the same. Ally pushing herself too far, and Seamus doing his best to understand the lessons Darleah taught him. And then the day came. Seamus became an Onyx, the rank of an Eta. Their first challenge wasted no time in appearing. Seamus was on a stroll with Ally, Darleah, Coal and Olivia. It was a walk of friends and family. The air was light around them as they joked and laughed. All but Ally. The group split slightly, heading off to hunt. Seamus had dropped low to hunt a nearby rabbit, when a shriek caught his attention. It was a familiar voice. He took off as fast as he could in the direction of the cry, in time to see another wolf grab his mentor and shake her mercilessly. Seamus through himself at the brute, even though he knew it was too late to save Darleah. The brute turned its attention on him now. As it charge towards him, Seamus did his best to avoid the attacks, calling out loudly to alert his family. He could hear them charging towards him, calling his name. Suddenly, the brute lunged, and Seamus rose up on his hind legs. The moment he did, he knew he had committed a fatal mistake. He tried to stagger back, out of range, but the brute's large claws managed to hit him. Most of the wounds were harmless scratches, but one claw managed to dig deeper than the others, cutting him from the chest to just before his stomach. Just as he collapsed and things began to fade, Seamus made out a shrieking sound. He would learn later that it had been his sister as she and his parents charged the wolf. By some miracle, Seamus survived his injuries. However, he was with the Theta for many weeks. He learnt that his family had managed to chase the wolf away, and though they had managed to get Seamus back alive, Darleah had not made it. His wounds began healing slowly, and movement was hard for him. He risked tearing his wound open once more. During his time with the Theta, he was powerless in the death of both his father and mentor in the same battle. Just as he had expected, Ally attacked blindly once a wolf killed their father. His mother, Olivia was devastated, understandably, as was he. He felt useless, trapped in with the Theta. Slowly, he began to be able to move again. He was told that he had been lucky. Though the wound had bled a lot, it had not been deep enough to cause death. Still, he was warned it would take moons to heal, and he knew it. By four weeks, he could move without pain. He began to practice, but it was slow, and careful. He wouldn’t go back to his full force until ten moons later. It was all out of caution. His wound turned into a scar, and at 23 weeks old, Seamus began to retrain himself. After two moons, he was back and ready to continue. His mother had since retired to the elder’s den, partially due to her rising age, partially due to a freak accident that blinded her. No one knows what happened, as she cannot remember. She was found unconscious and bleeding from her face and paws. She had minor injuries on her paw, but her eyes were now completely useless. Seamus visited his now blind mother everyday, helping her to readjust to her new life without sight. Seamus was given his first apprentice at the age of 26 weeks. Thunder was a rather excitable youngster, whom was given to Seamus in hopes that the older brute would be able to calm him down a little bit. Seamus learnt, through this, just how much he enjoyed being able to teach, and tell of his experiences. Thunder always seemed excited to hear about what Seamus had to say. They were good for each other, Seamus passing on his calmer ways, and Thunder keeping Seamus's mind occupied from the stress he had endured since becoming a warrior. The training sessions...he never made simple. He'd hide, and climb steep hills and have Thunder track Seamus down. The training for fighting was probably the hardest, as Seamus would go hard on the younger canid, making sure that Thunder would be as skilled as Seamus was in battle as well. Hunting: Well, that wasn't easy for the both of them but in the process, working together, both wolvcs learned to hunt. After moons of training the young Psi was now apart of the Onyxes as an Eta. Seamus had somewhat changed Thunder into a more reserved yet energetic cat. It was strange, but unique. Eventually, autumn turned to winter, the days would grow colder and colder by the week. Seamus, himself had a hard time fighting off the illnesses that started to come. However, during this time, Anodyne Sea Pack was running low on Etas, considering wolves were getting sick. Seamus was one who remained healthy, so he'd helped train another Psi of Anodyne Sea Pack. He trained another canidae named Briar. This she-pup was sarcastic and moody, but Seamus learned patience this way, and he wouldn't mind that later on, as it would of course, come in handy. The season was rough, but Seamus pulled through, making sure training sessions were difficult, but not too difficult to the point where he'd wear out the apprentice, or cause her to get sick or fatigued. The sessions made this young Psi successful, and she was eventually named as an Eta of the Onyxes, for her amazing skill in battle, and her hard strikes. Thankfully, Seamus had been healthy. However, winter had spread crimptye (a horrible illness; greencough, like in the Warriors), and crimptye had spread like a swarm of provoked bees. Crimptye had caught the current beta of this time, and this beta was a close friend of Seamus's. The beta was always being raked of petrifying coughs, just as Viper was...This reminded the time of when Viper died of the same situation. Seamus barely managed to pull through that death. During these times, Seamus pushed himself harder, worse than when Ally, his sister, had pushed herself. Seamus was only doing this for the sake of Anodyne Sea Pack. He'd always go on hunting and border patrols, leading quite a pawful of them, but mainly border patrols. Seamus made sure each border patrol was bringing back as much prey as possible for the clan, making sure the clan wouldn't starve. Even if the prey was scarce, Seamus never gave up, often allowing others to go back, and leave him alone to hunt, as others would grow exhausted and annoyed from all the searching of prey. Unfortunately, the beta had passed away, and Seamus was there to whiteness it; it was like watching his brother, Viper die before his eyes once again, but this time, with the beta. Seamus was distraught, but he tried not to let it get the best of him, he'd only serve the pack better, just because of his close friend's death. Seamus always worked harder, every time someone close to him passed, even though he did care for everyone within the clan. Seamus mourned silently within his head, but soon enough, the leader...well, chose Seamus to become the beta of Anodyne Sea Pack. He was absolutely astonished and felt honored. He'd be sure that the leader was happy about their choice. With being the beta, he organized daily hunting and border patrols, made sure Psis were doing their duties, and would take over whenever the leader was out or feeling ill in any manner. Winrer soon became spring. Finally, it'd came. However, soon after, Seamus's pack, Anodyne Sea Pack, was forced into battle with Coniferales Marsh pack. Ugh, that was too much for Anodyne Sea Pack to handle. Every wolf was forced into battle, except elders and pups, but elders did their best to help as well. During the battle, Anodyne Sea Pack's leader had been killed, from being backed up into water and drowned. Seamus fought bravely, ignoring what'd happened in his past, with the battle scars and whatnot. Seamus avenged the death of his father, Viper, and the beta by fighting in this battle. He still felt guilty afterwards, for the amount of blood-spill between clans, but yet, he was glad he'd taken some of it out of his system, as wrong as it may sound. He just wished he could go back and try to keep those deaths from happening, but there was no time traveling, after all. The leader was murdered by the...river, but it was caused by a canidae within Coniferales Marsh pack in the war, and Seamus was yet again, devastated yet shocked. This shocked all of Anodyne Sea Pack wolves, as the great alpha, Relux, had died. Seamus took the position as the new alpha, being sure that he'd lead just as great as the former leader had, or possibly make the clan thrive better than before. He'd make sure that every feline within his clan felt safe, protected, and happy. the role player other characters: N/A Roleplay Sample: The massive bachelor sauntered amongst the vibrant, healthy terrain, taking a few glimpses around as it seemed two minuscule adolescents were trailed behind his stern. The gentle giant came to an abrupt halt, turning to face the two juveniles. Being an alpha, maybe the two were just admiring and observing the sire, himself. Seamus couldn't help but allow a soft, smooth chuckle to escape his maw. He leaned down, towering over the smaller silhouettes. "Hello, youngsters," He grinned, teasing the two, as he begun to realize who they were. The pups belonged to an Opal, a Queen. He adored pups, but he tended not to show too much emotion around pups, because if he did, he'd probably be in tears from the overbearing cuteness. The sire shuffled his chassis back a few steps, giving the adolescents and himself space, "What brings you two after me?" He questioned. A few moments of silence passed, but a loud cry sounded, breaking the silence in the air. This sudden event caused Seamus to shoot upright, giving a soft nudge to the two pups, "Go find your mother," He hummed, his vocals soothing and relaxed. He'd access the situation calmly, even if he was silently panicking. The cry had come from a loner which was trespassing in Anodyne territory. Seamus approached the opposing sire, who appeared to be injured, due to his twisted hind mitt. The opposing sire didn't seem to pose a threat, as it hadn't said a word since Seamus came upon him. "Are you okay, sir?" He questioned the older brute. The brute gave a harsh sigh and nodded, remaining silent. "I will have my Theta help you, then you'll either be on your way, or you'll be forced out of the territory...brutally." He stated. Though, when he said brutally, he hadn't meant it. It was a threat, no more. |
